Game InVentorS was founded in 2005 by Morten Skovhus and Martin Vinther Olsen in Denmark.
The company's mission was at that time "to bring good board games in a good quality to the people".

Game InVentorS is nowadays one of the leading, independent game publishers in Scandinavia.
